Welcome to our rental income management app!

On your home screen you can list your properties (real estate, cars, luxury items), add new ones, add photos to them.

Also in our app there is a tab with deals. The user can create a rent or a deal. At the time of creation you can select: Property, type of transaction (rent or sale), buyer's name, period (if required), value.

Many people are often interested in the statistics of their transactions and profit from them, we have added this tab with statistics to simplify the calculation. In it you can see: number of deals, profit and types of deals.
